Only JESUS can fill in our emptiness… He’s the only one that can complete us. People can disappoint us whether we like it or not. We should stop seeking attention/validation from others. Our self love is the beginning…
God has been decoding something deep within my soul #rhema as I listened to the preacher yesterday during Sunday Church service. I was convicted. Been guilty myself… I repented. God’s been really working in me. . . I’m glad He is. He is ALWAYS GOOD!
Here are the points to ponder this week:
- No one can survive isolating. Come out of your shell. God’s grace is not paralyzing but enabling. The grace of God doesn’t paralyzed us, but transforms us.
2. Don’t be a vessel of false hopes. Be compassionate, be an encourager, but also correct and rebuke.
3. In pain, we can still worship God. . . can even worship more. In trials, wisdom becomes abundant. We become stronger and more dependent on God.
4. It is not just emotion, it is obedience. It is requiring something concrete. Action speaks louder than words.
5. A man is not changed when he is insulted. But the one insulting others becomes tough.
6. Christian life is live, it can’t be edited.
7. Biblical compassion have wisdom.
Be compassionate to those you minister, but be aware/careful of those compassionate abusers who abused you because you are kind and considerate. And…the hardening of heart and the loss of compassion, you don’t realize you become cruel.
8. Before you lose your compassion, I’ll put you in a situation where you can understand others, says the Lord.
9. Attitudes matter!
It encourages others if you’re full of hope.
Our attitude tells who we are and it tells us where we are spiritually.
Christ is the source of our attitude.
10. The grace of God doesn’t paralyzed but transforms.
11. God enables us so we can reflect Christ.
12. Whatever happens, God still loves you even if you don’t change. But the love of Christ can change you. !!!!
To God be the glory!
To God be the glory!

A drowning man story
A fellow was stuck on his rooftop in a flood. He was praying to God for help.
Soon a man in a rowboat came by and the fellow shouted to the man on the roof, “Jump in, I can save you.”
The stranded fellow shouted back, “No, it’s OK, I’m praying to God and he is going to save me.”
Then a motorboat came by. “The fellow in the motorboat shouted, “Jump in, I can save you.”
To this the stranded man said, “No thanks, I’m praying to God and he is going to save me. I have faith.”
So the motorboat went on.
Then a helicopter came by and the pilot shouted down, “Grab this rope and I will lift you to safety.”
To this the stranded man again replied, “No thanks, I’m praying to God and he is going to save me. I have faith.”
So the helicopter reluctantly flew away.
Soon the water rose above the rooftop and the man drowned. He went to Heaven. He finally got his chance to discuss this whole situation with God, at which point he exclaimed, “I had faith in you but you didn’t save me, you let me drown. I don’t understand why!”
To this God replied, “I sent you a rowboat and a motorboat and a helicopter, what more did you expect?”
LESSON LEARNED: Have faith in God but put them into action/practice cause faith without action is dead. God provides solutions, He rescues and all we need to do is respond and cooperate.
Discernment/Wisdom comes from God.
Actions/Effort is our part.
