HEARING THE VOICE OF GOD

We desperately need time to get away from the city, from the noise to hear the voice of God.

Micah 6:8 says, “The Lord has told us what is good. What He requires of us is this: to do what is just, to show constant love, and to live in humble fellowship with our God.”

Genesis 12:1The Lord said to Abram, “Leave your country, your relatives, and your father’s home and go to a land that I am going to show you.”

Exodus 4:11The Lord said to him, “Who gives man his mouth? Who makes him deaf or dumb? Who gives him sight or makes him blind? It is I, the Lord.”

Deuteronomy 28: 1 says, “If you obey the Lord your God and faithfully keep all his commands that I am giving you today, he will make you greater than any other nation on earth.”

 Matthew 7:21-23, 24-27 says, “Not anyone who calls me ‘Lord, Lord’ will enter the Kingdom of heaven, but only those who do what my Father in heaven wants them to do. When the judgment Day comes, many will say to me, ‘Lord, Lord! In your name we spoke God’s message, by your name we drove out many demons and performed many miracles!’ Then I will say to them, ‘I never knew you. Get away from me, you wicked people!’ So then, anyone who hears these words of mine and obeys them is like a wise man who built his house on rock. The rain poured down, the rivers flooded over, and the wind blew hard against the house. But it did not fall, because it was built on rock. But anyone who hears these words of mine and does not obey them is like a foolish man who built his house on sand. The rain poured down, the rivers flooded over, the wind blew hard againstthat house, and it fell. And what a terrifying fall that was!”

“…I never knew you…,” says the Lord

Exodus 21:2,3,6says, “If you buy a Hebrew slave, he shallserve you for six years. In the seventh year he is to be set free without having to pay anything. If he was unmarried when he became your slave, he is not to take a wife with him when he leaves; but if he was married when he became your slave, he may take his wife with him. Then his master shall take him to the place of worship. There he is to make him stand against the door or the doorpost and put a hole through his ear. Then he will be his slave for life.”

 

THE SPIRIT OF DEAFNESS

READ:Isaiah 35: 4 says,“Tell everyone who is discouraged, ‘Be strong and don’t be afraid! God is coming to your rescue, coming to punish your enemies.”

Mark 8:23says, “Jesus took the blind man by the hand and led him out of the village. After spitting on the man’s eyes, Jesus placed his hands on him and asked him, “Can you see anything?”

Matthew 11:20-23says, “The people in the towns where Jesus had performed most of his miracles did not turn from their sins, so he reproached those towns…”

Matthew 13: 15-16says, “Because their minds are dull, and they have stopped up their ears and have closed their eyes. Otherwise, their eyes would see, their ears would hear, their minds would understand, and they would turn to me, says God, and I would heal them. As for you, how fortunate you are! Your eyes would see and ears hear.”

 

If we refuse what God wants us to do, we will have an ear hard of hearing (spiritually) and eye hard of seeing (spiritually) until we arrive into spiritual death. If this happens, it requires repentance and fresh start. You must have a strong desire to hear the voice of God. It must be your quest.

“I will give water to the thirsty land and make streams flow on the dryground.”(Isaiah 44:3)

“Happyare those whose greatest desire is to do what God requires.”(Matthew 5:6)

Selective hearing is the work of the brain…

“And ask the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, to give you the Spirit, who will make you wise and reveal God to you, so that you will know him.”(Ephesians 1:17)

 

THE LANGUAGE OF HEAVEN

Hearing the voice of God requires us to learn the language of heaven. The language of heaven is more sophisticated. It involves and can be conveyed by feeling, colour, smell, mood, visions, and dreams. It’s far greater than words.

Reticular Activating System (words, feelings, pictures)…

“And the Lord said, ‘Now hear what I have to say! When there are prophets among you, I reveal myselfto them in visions and speak to them in dreams. It is different when I speak with my servant Moses; I have put him in charge of all my people Israel. So I speak to him face-to-face, clearly and not in riddles; he has even seen my form!”(Numbers 12: 6-8)

Prophets speak out of gifting either born with or imparted to them when they come to the kingdom so they can teach the average believers, who are not prophets, how to walk with God. It’s easier for them to work with it.

Our teaching here about this topic, however, is not about or working out of gifting but with our relationship with the Lord. Language of heaven is very diverse. We have to learn to recognise how God is speaking to us. Human language can be picked up by the mind to be passed to the heart.

“Jesus said to them, ‘The time and occasions are set by my Father’s own authority, and it is not for you to know when they will be.” (Acts 1:7)

“This, however, was bound to happen so that what is written in their Law may come true: ‘They hated me for no reason at all.’” (John 16:25)

“I do not call you servants any longer, because servants do not know what their master is doing. Instead, I call you friends, because I have told you everything I heard from my Father.”(John 15:15)

God can speak to us through the body, soul and spirit.

 How can you be a friend with an invisible spirit? You have to learn to enter into His realm (spiritual realm).

“On the Lord’s Day the Spirit took control of me, and I heard a loud voice that sounded like a trumpet speaking behind me.”(Revelation 1:10)

“Whoever does not have the Spirit cannot receive the gifts that come from God’s Spirit. Such a person really does not understand them, and they seem to be nonsense, because their value can be judged only on a spiritual basis.”(1 Corinthians 2:14)

Science talks about a parallel universe. This is true somewhat in the realm of the spirit. Jesus walks in the heaven and on earth. He walks in two parallel dimensions.

“You do not believe me when I tell you about the things of this world; how will you ever believe me then when I tell you about the things of heaven? And no one has ever gone up to heaven except the Son of Man, who came down from heaven.” (John 3:12-13)

You have a constant access to the world of the spirit realm if you know how to perceive that.

“In our union with Christ Jesus he raised us up with Him to rule with Him in the heavenly world.” (Ephesians 2:6)

“Father! You have given them to me, and I want them to be with me where I am, so that they may see my glory, the glory you gave me; for you loved me before the world wasmade’, Jesus said”(John 17:24)

Learning to walk with God is to learn practising the presence of God. Conscious awareness of His presence takes focus, refocus and discipline. But SIN cuts us off from the presence of the Lord.

“If any of your descendants, while he is ritually unclean, comes near the sacred offerings which the people of Israel have dedicated to me, he can never again serve at the altar. This applies for all time to come. I am the Lord.”(Leviticus 22:3)

“Do not banish me from your presence; do not take your Holy Spirit away from me.” (Psalms 51:11)

Most people don’t recognise if God is talking to them because He talks in different ways.

 

THE LANGUAGE OF FEELING AND MOOD

Have you ever notice that sometimes it’s hard to convey what you feel? Our feelings are so intangible. Our words are not enough because they don’t convey pictures. We need pictures, sound, smell to convey the total scenario. In heaven, there’s a library with many books. Those books are not ordinary. They are about the universe, people’s lives in the old and new testaments of the bible and throughout history. One time when I was in heaven, I randomly pulled out one book which is about the life of an apostle in the early church. As I open it, all of my senseswas flooded by the incidence of that book not with written words but with images, feelings of that man, his emotion, struggle in his soul, smell and sound of the situation and the whole ambiance in that particular part of the story was flooded in my senses. That’s the language of heaven. There are many things that God can’t convey to us in words but in feelings.

“God’s spirit joins himself to our spirits to declare that we are God’s children.”(Romans 8:16)

A communication of a feeling…

We have to learn how to communicate through the sensation of our spirit man. We must feel how He feels. A spirit filled sensation feels like there’s an inner concern from our inner spirit that you didn’t started. It just appears inside of you.

“Go through the whole city ofJerusalem and put a mark on the forehead of everyone who is distressed and troubled because of all the disgusting things being done in the city.”(Ezekiel 9:4)

When you “sigh”, do you wonder why? What was the feeling behind that?

“And God, who sees into our hearts, knows what the thought of the Spirit is; because the Spirit pleads with God on behalf of his people and in accordance with his will.” (Romans 8:27)

Another feeling is “compassion”. This feeling triggered the miracle. It can open the way of power of God to flow.

Take note of your mood when you pray for a person. The power of that prayer is greatly increase if you pray that with feelings.

“As He saw the crowds, His heart was filled with pity for them, because they were worried and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd.”(Matthew 9:36)

Spiritual power flows in a channel. If it’s not open, power can’t flow.

What is it that opens the door for the power of God to flow? Answer: feelings behind it like love or any strong feelings. Love can open the door, strong desire, faith…This is the sensation of the spirit that flows within our soul which is very strong.

Another is “grief”…

Grief is an essential feeling that we need to understand.

“And do not grieve the Holy Spirit; for the Spirit is God’s mark of ownership on you, a guarantee that the Day will come when God will set you free. Get rid of all bitterness, passion and anger. No more shouting or insults, no more hateful feelings of any sort.” (Ephesians 4:30-31)

What grieves the Holy Spirit?

Anything that is contrary to the nature of God grieves the Holy Spirit.

“But as for you, Christ has poured out His Spirit on you. As long as his Spirit remains in you, you do not need anyone to teach you. For His Spirit teaches you about everything, and what He teaches is true, not false. Obey the Spirit’s teaching, then, and remain in union with Christ.”(1 John 2:27)

WHEN GOD KNOCKS ON YOUR DOOR

What would you do when God knocks on your door?

Door leads us somewhere into new experiences and dimensions. It’s an entry into a whole new world.

“Listen! I stand at the door and knock; if any hear my voice and open the door, I will come into their house and eat with them, and they will eat with me.” (Revelation 3:20)

If you open the door, open it and He’ll talk to you. You must hear the knock but how do we hear the knock? God uses many ways to get your attention. God often uses methods like He breaks your sleep during the night. You’ll wake up alert and began to sense the presence of God in the middle of the night. It can also be a song you hearor thinkthat you did not start then you’ll notice you start singing it. The message of the Lord is contained in the words of the song. It does not necessarily a Christian song or songs with Christian lyrics. Another is a fragrance of the Lord that you smell inside your room or when you’re walking in the street or anywhere which you picked up first but then immediately pass into your brain. Lastly, you’ll know that God is knocking on your door when you feel a sudden hunger to be with the Lord. This is a knock!So you have to open the door.

How would you respond?

Wake up. Wait. Ask, “What is it Lord?” like how Samuel asked when He was called by the Lord in the middle of the night. When you don’t, you miss it. Respond adequately.

“Asleep on my bed, night after night I dreamed of the one I love; I was looking for Him, but couldn’t find Him.”(Song of Solomon 3:1)

His feeling would be ours; His desires would be our desires–let this be your yearning.

“The Spirit has given us life; He must also control our lives.” (Galatians 5:25)

We must learn becoming friends with an invisible spirit and praying in the spirit. You must take time to pray in the spirit by speaking in unknown tongues because it builds up and strengthens you, your sensitivity to the spirit and revelation increases.

“Those who speak in strange tongues help only themselves, but those who proclaim God’s message help the whole church.” (1 Corinthians 14:4)

 

Sensitivity. . .

God uses many vessels. It could also be a word from our enemies so we have to be sensitive.

 

THE VOICE OF GOD

“When Abram was seventy-five years old, he started out from Haran, as the Lord had told him to do; and Lot went with him.” (Genesis 12:4)

“What gives life is God’s Spirit; human power is of no use at all.” (John 6:63)

“When you pray, do not use a lot of meaningless words, as the pagans do, who think that their gods will hear them because their prayers are long.” (Matthew 6:7)

When you pray, don’t use vain repetition.

“The weapons we use in our fight are not the world’s weapons but God’s powerful weapons, which we use to destroy strongholds. We destroy false arguments.” (2 Corinthians 10:4)

“Don’t you know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, who lives in you and who was given to you by God? You do not belong to yourselves but to God.”(1 Corinthians 6:19)

Spontaneity…

If you suddenly thought about something you didn’t start then you’ll know it’s the thought of the spirit within you talking to you.

How will you knowif it’s from God or from evil?

There’s personality behind every voice. How does it make you feel? Does it trouble you or bring you peace? Does it make you proud or humble?

Spontaneous thoughts have personalities behind them. Satan condemns, accuses, puts you down, destroys, but God builds up and encourages.

“In conclusion, my friends fill your mindswith those things that are good and that deserve praise: things that are true, noble, right, pure, lovely, and honourable.” (Philippians 4:8)

The Holy Spirit can bring the past reminding you to bring something good in you, rebuilding. But if the devil brings the past, it condemns you, it makes you feel bad.

“And so people become enemies of God when they are controlled by their human nature; for they do not obey God’s law, and in fact they cannot obey it.” (Romans 8:7)

“What we have seen and heard we announce to you also, so that you will join with us in the fellowship that we have with the Father and with His Son Jesus Christ.”(1 John 1:3)

Lancaster Prophetic Conference 2013 presents “OUR FINEST HOUR”

If we will not keep up, we will be left behind. Our claim must be to stay on track and be aligned to the level of God.

Sometimes, we must not blame the devil because actually you are just giving him the ground.

The status of the nation is the result of the condition of the church. It’s time to cross over or else we’ll going to be left behind. The church is full of unskilled teachers feeding the unskilled babies. The church which is divided can’t stand the end times.

“I’m going to shut down the charismatic move,” Jesus told me while I’m in a bible conference and He appeared in front of me. Things can’t remain as they are. God will going to separate the sheep from the goat. He’ll not going to tolerate it anymore. People will going to drop dead in the pulpit. You know ministers by their fruit not through the internet. They keep their eye on the signs and wonders instead of keeping on the eye of God.

Gifts of the spirit are no measure of spirituality or spiritual maturity. There are a lot of traditions in the church which were taught to be true.

1 Timothy 6:15 says, “…which will bring about in His own time—God, the blessed and the only ruler, the king of kings and Lord of lords.”

Time to grow up. God can’t wait any longer. Time is being extended but it’s over.

Isaiah 30: 1, 15, 26 says:

“Woe to the obstinate children,” declares the Lord, “to those who carry out plans that are not mine, forming an alliance, but not by my spirit, heaping sin upon sin…”

…in repentance and rest is your salvation, in quietness and trust is your strength, but you would have none of it.

The moon will shine like the sun, and the sunlight will be seven times brighter, like the light of seven full days, when the Lord binds up the bruises of his people and heals the wounds he inflicted.”

The Lord’s grace is over since the 9/11. There will be civil war in the church and that would reflect the nation. Don’t trust Russia, she’s not on your side. Next year (2014) will be a higher level. Jesus would bind up His nation but first we’ll be under great difficulty.

Isaiah 30:18 says, “Yet the Lord longs to be gracious to you; He rises to show you compassion. For the Lord is a God of Justice. Blessed are all who wait for Him.”

“I’m going to take my church by a supernatural beam and those who will not keep up will be left behind,” God said

There are many Christian books out there but God told me, 95 % were purely for marketing and only 5% for revelation. The time has been delayed for two years. God has given us more time to express His grace and mercy. The waiting is over. There will no more extending of time. If you only knew what’s coming, you’d prepare. It will be a bad situation in the church. Many won’t survive. Grow up in the wisdom of Jesus.

The Lord said, “Many prophesies in my name and they are good but I don’t know them.” Let’s see what the Lord sees.

Exodus 4:9 says, “But if they do not believe these two signs or listen to you, take some water from the Nile and pour it on the dry ground. The water you take from the river will become blood on the ground.”

READ 1 Samuel 7; Mark 9:1-6; Colossians 2:15 “…you are DEAD of your sins.” You can’t see the kingdom until you’re born again.”

America will be under great discipline, if not there will be great chastisement. Peace is your only weapon. The enemy don’t know what to do with peace. Work with peace no matter what’s going on around you. You’ll be put in a situation wherein you have nothing to have as option but peace.

You really have to know what God is like. You really have to have the right picture with who He really is, so you can put things right. It’s far more important than your call.

The church should be the salt of the earth. If it loses its savor, it will lose its defenses from the ungodly men.

US awaits volcanoes to erupt. Jesus said, “If you hear my voice, don’t hardened your heart.” Hell is going to be let loose upon this nation, but the heaven is also going to be let loose upon this nation. God will be dividing the church. He’ll divide the goat from the sheep Christians.

 

 

 

The Quest to Walk with God (sessions 1-8)

Session 1 – A new Generation of Rising

Job 28: 7 says, “No bird of prey knows that hidden path, no falcon’s eye has seen it.”

When it comes to spirituality, the new age movement has really stood in a high ground but what we really need is authentic new biblical path through the maze. The new age movement heal the sick, prophesy, read fortunes, understand science in the heaven and the earth, understand spiritual forces, lay lines and energy… but we have to understand that this is just a kind of faith but the real faith is far greater. Fear of Canto faith has robbed the church of true pioneers in the area of true spirit, of God’s kingdom. It’s time for prophets and apostles to show the way to the maze, to show another level of true spirituality. It’s time for us to take a higher ground.

Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth and the life, no one can come to the Father except through me.” But the new age don’t understand this.Churches are almost retarded in the true spirituality. We are bombarded daily with new age aids like crystal which are spirit amplified by demons. Millions of books in bookstore…

We need open hearts. Truths which we never heard before will be revealed to the next few years. We need hearts that are hungry of God, determination to find our way to the maze and enter to live in the true kingdom of God while were here in earth. The shift is occurring now. The accepted norm of the church is not enough to enter into the nextlevel. We have to move from the status quo to the highest level. We have to have the hearts that are determined to go further. We have to have a pioneering spirit. You really need to want to go. If you have this kind of determination, you can reach the realm that God reserve for these last days. You can begin to walk like God that you never experience before–to walk with God like Enoch walk with God.

You have to learn to hear the word of God, to be in the right place at the right time. We don’t die in the old nature.

 

Session 2 A new Generation of Rising (part 2)

Isaiah 60:1-2 says, “Arise, shine, for your light has come and the glory of the Lord rises upon you.”

Luke 21:11 says, “There will be great earthquakes, famines and pestilences in various places and fearful events and great signs from heaven.”

 

Session 3 – Seeking God

READ: Jeremiah 29:13; Psalms 57:7; Psalms 16:8; Luke 11:34; Job 28:7

Jeremiah 29:13 says, “You will see me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.”

Psalms 57:7 says, “My heart is steadfast, O God, my heart is steadfast; I will sing and make music.”

Psalms 16:8 says, “I have set the Lord always before me. Because He is at my right hand, I will not be shaken.”

Luke 11:34 says, “Your eye is the lamp of your body. When your eyes are good, your whole body also is full of light. But when they are bad, your body also is full of darkness.”

Jeremiah 29:14 says, “I will be found by you,” declares the lord, “and will bring you back from captivity. I will gather you from all the nations and places where I have banished you and bring you back to the place from which I carried you into exile.”

Many Christians seek fulfillment in their lives from what they do. You can never find fulfillment by doing, by just serving the Lord. Fulfillment is not found in what you do, but understanding what you really are. You are a child of God. Your father is God. You came from a line of God.

1 Timothy 1:17 says, “Now to the king eternal, immoral, invisible, the only God, be honor and glory for ever and ever, Amen.”

Life begets life. We are spirit man. We are in the same kind if species of God.

John 16:27 says, “No, the Father himself loves you because you have loved me and have believed that I came from God.”

John 8:42 Jesus said to them, “If God were your Father, you would love me, for I came from God and now am here. I have not come on my own; but He sent me.”

Hebrews 12:9 says, “Moreover, we have all had human fathers who disciplined us and we respected them for it. How much more should we submit to the Father of our spirits and live.”

John 10:34 Jesus answered them, “Is it not written in your law, ‘I have said you are gods’?” You have an earthly father and spirit Father but the spirit lives for eternity.”

1 Peter 1:23 says, “For you have been born again, not of perishable seed, but of imperishable, through the living and enduring word of God.”

Being born again doesn’t mean you could no longer sin. You’re still polluted with sin, your flesh can still be corrupted. You must be very careful with what you watch. Images, sounds, pictures—could pollute your mind.

What’s the difference between Adam and you? Why can’t we walk with God like Adam can? Why can’t we see Him….?

It’s because there is no problem between Adam’s body, soul and spirit. They harmonize. His mind is pure, no false concept or ungodly image store in his brain.The nature, DNA patterns with God does not sin like Adam. But you are different. You can’t see spiritual realm (heaven, demons, angels) when you’re still alive. Only when you die you could see all these like it’s natural to you.

Why can’t you see this spiritual realm when you’re still alive?

It’s because there is a veil erected between your spirit and physical body that shuts you off. You’re walking in the flesh and not in the spirit. The spiritual world is close to you though you’re already a Christian. Your mind can’t know God. It can’t see in the spirit. Your spiritual mind is imprisoned in an impregnable barrier that locks you out in the spiritual realm.False concept and era and so much unbelief are stored in your mind. Your body still have the ravages of sin within it. Be careful with what you see or hear. Every time you watch TV, more pollution is stored in your mind through the eye gate and ear gate.

 

How do we break this?

1. Hunger – hunger to walk with God in a new way. This is a very powerful force.

2. Determination – walks with Him in His way. This is a very powerful force like a strong desire.

3. Single-mindedness – that’s the only thing in your mind.

Every strong desire that emanates from you releases force. When you speak, you emanate something. The smell or sound is vivid or whatever strong emotion you have that emanates. This force can be recognized only in the spiritual realm.

Searching, seeking, hungering/ fasting, determination—this is not for a select few, this is for those who seek Him with all their heart—until you reach the breakthrough to enter into the spiritual realm. Only if you seek God, you’ll find Him. Seek Him with all your heart.

 

Session 4 – Seeking God (part 2)

You must determine to have the breakthrough and once you’re done with it, it’d be easy to maintain.It takes encounters with the Lord to condition you, to be prepared to walk with Him in your soul, spiritual or physical body to bring you in a place where you could continue the walk with Him.

Once you did it once and made the breakthrough, you have to believe that you can do it again. Getting the initial breakthrough is the hardest thing but once done, it’s easy to maintain. It becomes clearer and clearer walk in the Lord.

Your mind has to be renewed and the barriers have to be resolved. God waits for you to do the first move.

James 4:8 says, “Come near to God and He will come near to you. Wash your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded.”

The level of your encounter has to deal with the level of conditioning by being with the presence of the Lord. Drawing near to Him begins with Him conditioning you.

 

Major sticking points:

1. Systematic, regular consistent quality time waiting on God is required. It requires discipline. If you really take the time on waiting on his presence without interruption, ten minutes can’t be enough. You can wait even until 12 months.

2. You must not give up with something that does not happen. It takes time to condition you. It has to be a commitment with what you’re doing. All hell is engaged to stop you but there are also forces of heaven tasked on praying for you, encouraging you. God will set aside groups in heaven to pray for you that releases light of encouragement to you. It has to be a battle on both sides. What you can’t see normally is the spiritual realm working but once you determine to seek the Lord, you’re triggering something. You feel a very strong physical sensation or you can see the Lord but it’s so vivid.

There are degrees of commitment to God that has corresponding significant responsibilities and rewards.

3 Levels of Consecration:

1. Dove level

2. Sheep level

3. Bond servant level (highest commitment)

 

 2 kinds of servant:

1. Hired – they can quit any time or be fired

2. Bond – a servant forever, unpaid, no property of his own, can’t own anything, has no rights. They have holes in their ears which signify that they don’t want to be set free.

Philippians 2:7 says, “…but he made himself nothing, taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness.”

Revelation 7:3 says, “Do not harm the land or the sea or the trees until we put a seal on the foreheads of the servants of our God.”

Bond servants of God are sealed on their foreheads.That seal give them immunity in the end times. When you come to that point, that crack registers to heaven and the door opens.

It takes time for God to clear the way for you. You need a passport to enter heaven, to enter into higher level. This passport is the bond-servant relationship.

“Lend me your ear for me to see if you have the hole in it,” says one angel to me when I can’t provide any passport to enter heaven one time I was carried spiritually in heaven.

People say, everything is by grace, but there is something we have to do, that is to seek God with all our hearts.

 

Session 5 – Visual Communication

All things around us are product of our imagination. God consider imagination as reality.

Ephesians 1:18 says, “I pray also that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which He has called you, the riches of His glorious inheritance in the saints.”

2 Corinthians 4:18 says, “So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.”

Imagination created the world.

Ephesians 1:17 says, “I keep asking that the God of our lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know Him better.”

The eye of your imagination might form a picture.

2 Corinthians 5:7 says, “We live by faith, not by sight.”

John 8:38 says, “I am letting you what I have seen in the Father’s presence, and you do what you have heard from your Father.”

When you see something which you didn’t start, you’re sure someone started it (the Holy Spirit). We call it spontaneity. What is daydreaming? It’s something you started. If not, it either comes from the Holy Spirit or demonic forces. God communicate with spontaneous vision.

 

How can we tell the difference if it’s from God or from the devil?

Whoever is speaking to you has a personality. It’s demonic if it’s flattery accusation, destructive phonographic, immoral daydreaming. If it’s from God, it builds up, encourages, whatever’s coming through is pure because He teaches in truth.

Basically what does it make you feel?

Philippians 4:8 says, “Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.”

The flow of vision which comes from God is easy, not strain but light and gentle. Once it starts, we can easily embellish in it that takes practice and discipline and after a while came visions and dreams.

Is the flow of your imagination pure, kind, honest, just, good report or condemning other people? Majority of God’s communication to his people in the bible is through visions and dreams.

Acts 2:17 says, “In the last days,” God says, “I will pour out my spirit on all people. Your sons and your daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams.”

The natural mind (reasoning mind) is a problem when it comes to spiritual mind.

Acts 18:4 says, “Those who had been scattered preached the word wherever they went.”

1 Corinthians 2:14 says, “The man without the spirit does not accept the things that come from the spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him, and he cannot understand them because they are spiritually discerned.”

Romans 8:7 says, “The sinful mind is hostile to God. It does not submit to God’s law, nor can it do so.”

Albert Einstein believed that imagination creates the world.

Proverbs 23:7 says, “For he is the kind of man who is always thinking about the cost. ‘Eat and drink’, he says to you, but his heart is not with you.”

We have to be careful with our words and imagination because they have creative powers. Once you’re born again, they’re greatly empowered to be used either in good or evil.

2 Chronicles 29:18 says, “Then they went in to King Hezekiah and reported: ‘We have purified the entire temple of the Lord, the altar of burnt offering with all its utensils, and the table for setting out the consecrated bread, with all its articles.”

Isaiah 26:3 says, “You will keep in perfect peace in Him whose mind is steadfast, because He trusts in you.”

Imagination, in Hebrew, “Yetsa” means to frame a thing as in a picture to conceive it.

2 Corinthians 3:18 says, “And we, who with unveiled faces all reflect the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into His likeness with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.”

John 4:23 says, “Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks.”

Mark 11:24 says, “Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have receive it, and it will be yours.”

Your heart is where your soul and spirit merge. Out of the imagination of the heart, are the issues of your life. You shall have them if you don’t doubt. It will change your conception or perception of reality.

 

Session 6 – Recognizing Signs

Visions, dreams, feelings/mood…

Our walk with the Lord is body, soul and spirit. You can begin to see physical signs on what you experience spiritually.

Hebrews 5: 11, 12 says, “We have much to say about this but it is hard to explain because you are too slow to learn. In fact, though by this time you ought to be teachers, you need someone to teach you the elementary truths of God’s word all over again. You need milk, not solid food!

Some things can only be taught to you by the Holy Spirit.

2 Corinthians 3:17 says, “Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.”

How can we communicate back to the Lord?

We don’t fit the Lord into our schedule, we fit into His.

Physical sign is one way that God alerts us, to communicate with us.

1 Thessalonians 5:2 says, “For you know very well that the day of the Lord will come like a thief in the night.”

1 Corinthians 6:19 says, “Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own.”

1 Corinthians 6:13 says, “Food for the stomach and the stomach for food—but God will destroy them both. The body is not meant for sexual immorality, but for the lord, and the Lord for the body.”

Philippians 1:20 says, “I eagerly expect and hope that I will in no way be ashamed, but will have sufficient courage so that now as always Christ will be exalted in my body, whether by life or by death.”

Romans 8:11 says, “And if the Spirit of Him raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His spirit, who lives in you.”

John 15: 16 says, “You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you to go and bear fruit—fruit that will last. Then the Father will give you whatever you ask in my name.”

 

3 Types of Physical Signs

1. Symptomatic signs – direct attack of the enemy. It can be felt in the forehead.

2. Sympathetic signs–you feel empathy to other people.

3. Symbolic signs–sign of intercession. If it can be felt in the temple, it means God wants to teach you or you teach someone; if across the hairline, it is the joining of the anointing of your conscious mind. If it’s in the cheekbone area, it’s an attack of the enemy. (Micah 5:1; job 16:10). If on the nose, it means discernment of spirits (Isaiah 11:13). If in ears, it’s deception. (Leviticus 8:24;2 Timothy 4:3-4). The burning hand or the crawling sensation on the back of the hand is for healing.

Jesus wants to live through you. 2 Things to accomplish this:

1. We have to die. 2 Timothy 2:11 says, “He is trustworthy saying: ‘If we died with Him, we will also live with Him.”

One has to give way to the other. Romans 6:5 says, “If we have been united with Him like this in his death, we will certainly also be united with Him in His resurrection.”

One has to die in order to let the other live. You will have to be surrendered to the Lord. You have to be completely submitted to Jesus. Matthew 16:24 says, “If anyone would come after me, he must deny himself and take up his cross and follow me.”

Hebrews 5:14 says, “But solid food is for the mature, who by constant use have trained themselves to distinguish good from evil.”

Your ability to perceive when God is communicating with you, for us to follow the Lord, to show us what He wants us to do is manifested through physical signs.

“Resurrection power” in a form of physical sensation is given to us to help us in our walk with the Lord. Don’t make them for which they are not, use them because they are tools and because they are from the Holy Spirit.

1. Head – susceptible to anointing and also to oppression. (Psalms 23) Can be felt in a form of pressure, heat, pain or tingling

                a. back of the head – emotional area. You’ll understand other’s problems or feelings. (Solomon 2:6) If someone is jealous at you, for example, with negative emotion, it can open up a channel for demonic attack.

2. Chest or around the forehead – perception

3. across the hairline – anointing of your conscious mind; intercession

4. Temples – indicate the anointing of the Holy Spirit if He wants to teach you or if you teach others.

5. Temples near the eyes or cheekbone – a sign of demonic attack. (Micah 5:1; Job 16:10)

6. Nose – Symbol of discernment (Isaiah 11:3)

7. Ears (itching) – confusion or deception (Lev 8:24; 2 Timothy 4:3)

  (sharp pain) – lying spirit, someone you’re ministering lie to you or to God.

   (burning) –hear from the Holy Spirit

8. Fingers – represent five fold ministers of the Holy Spirit (pastor, apostle, prophet, teacher, and evangelist)

a. Index finger – prophetic anointing on the person.

9. Burning in the hands- is for healing

10. Wrist (pain) or crawling sensation on the back of the hands – signifies the enemy is trying to cut you out from the Lord. You need to stand and fight.

 

2 Corinthians 4:11 says, “For we who are alive are always being given over to death for Jesus’ sake, so that His life may be revealed in our mortal body.

John 5:30 says, “By myself, I can do nothing; I judge only as I hear, and my judgment is just, for I seek not to please myself but Him who sent me.”

John 5:19 says, “Jesus give them this answer: ‘I tell you the truth, the son can do nothing by himself; He can do only what He sees His father doing, because whatever the father does, the son also does.”

John 3:12 says, “I have spoken to you of earthly things and you do not believe, how then will you believe of heavenly things?”

We must pray that you will be physically sensitive to the Holy Spirit. You haven’t felt yet, because you didn’t ask and since it is also faith booster. We ask to have senses to discern both good and evil.

 

Session 7- Becoming Still

READ: Psalms 46:10; Mark 8:31; Hebrews 4:9-11; 1 Peter 5:7; Matthew 6:28-31; Psalms 23:2

In the stillness, the revelation began to flow. Meditation requires stillness. You have to minimize the noise like children, cell phone or any physical tension. You have to be comfortable, not too comfortable that you’ll fall asleep. When you’re doing this, don’t pray for your own needs. You have to focus back upon the Lord.

Still yet focus (in quietness)

Busyness is barren (Isaiah 30:15; Psalms 23:2)

These days, it’s difficult to be still. It requires real discipline to make it possible. We mistakenly believe that busyness produces productivity. Busyness in God’s economy produces barrenness. The art of becoming still and yet focus is something that has to be learned. The problem is our lifestyle is contrary to be still. Contemplation is the lost art in the church because we are so busy, busy, busy…

Isaiah 30: 15 says, “In repentance and rest is your salvation, in quietness and trust is your strength, but you would have none of it, says the Lord.”

Psalms 23:2 says, “He makes me lie down in green pastures, He leads me besides still waters, He restores my soul.”

Psalms 46:10 says the Lord, “Be still and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.”

We live in busy lives, in turmoil. The environment of the 21st Century is not conducive at all to stillness.

Mark 6:31 says, “So do not be weary, saying ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’”

Hebrews 4:9, 11 says, “There remains, then, a Sabbath-rest for the people of God; Let us therefore, make every effort to enter that rest, so that no one will fall by following their example of disobedience.”

We must come with carefree state. Happiness is a choice.

1 Peter 5:7 says“Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you.”

Commit your life totally to God and don’t be anxious. Quietness is a practice base on our trusting with the Lord, beginning to rest in inner quietness.

We need to have regular time when we get along with God. Therapy could be achieved by being alone. God uses nature as a sedative that calms the soul. Meditation requires stillness (children, phone, anything you hear that distracts your focus to the Lord)—you must avoid these. You can do this early in the morning or late at night. Sometimes very quiet background music can help but be very careful with using it especially if it has words in it or if you know the words because you’ll end up singing it. Your mind will go with the words instead of your mind doing its job and you’ll lose your focus for stillness. Be careful with heavy rhythm. Your physical body will start to sink with the rhythm. You’ll begin to lose the stillness. The enemy will then begin to keep you busy with thoughts if you start to wait on God. The enemy will take advantage of it. Thought has the mind of the flesh. You have to deal with it right away. Reject them because you’re dealing with the devil. Firmly command it to leave. Don’t let to throw in conflict with the enemy. Don’t pray your own needs. You’re there to connect with God, to focus on Him. As you get still, that tune of the Holy Spirit will begin to flow as you wait upon the Lord.

Physical calmness is just being in the presence of the lord. You’re in the present tense not in the past in the presence of the Lord.

Stillness can be measured in the brain.

1. Beta – 32 EGC – CPS (physical/ objective mind, conscious)

2. Alpha – 14 EGC – CPS (subconscious, no time or space limit, subjective revelation starts to flow; communication with the Lord is easy)

3. Theta – 7 EGC – CPS (painless surgery)

4. Delta – 4 EGC – CPS (unconscious level) – this is where revelation began to flow, dimension where you enter into visions

Isaiah 28:11 says, “Very well then, with foreign lips and strange tongues God will speak to this people.”

1 Corinthians 14:21 says, “In the law it is written: Through men of strange tongues and through the lips of foreigners I will speak to this people, but even then they will not listen to me,’ says the Lord.”

Psalms 4:4 says, “In your anger do not sin; when you are on your beds, search your hearts and be silent.”

 

Session 8 – Angels

Hebrews 12:22 says, “But you have to come to Mount Zion, to the heavenly Jerusalem, the city of the living God. You have come to thousands upon thousands of angels in joyful assembly.”

Hebrews 1:13-14 says, “To which of the angels did God ever say, ‘Sit at my right hand until I make your enemies a footstool for your feet.’? Are not all angels ministering spirits sent to serve those who will inherit salvation?”

If you are born again, at least four angels are watching over you, ministering you. You can empower them by praise and worship. You can refresh them with the presence of music.

Holy spirits are internal but angels are external. Most of us have angelic visitations that we don’t even notice or not even pick it up. Sometimes God talks to us through angelic activity. You don’t have to see them but the voice is different to you. Angels are external. Once you hear their voice that goes to your mind to the spirit. They are beings of light. Their form can be human light. They can take many forms.

Revelation 12:4 says, “His tail swept a third of the stars out of the sky and flung them to the earth.”

Ephesians 6:12 says, “For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realm.”

Daniel 12: 1 says, “At that time Michael, the great prince who protects your people, will arise. There will be a time of distress such as has not happened from the beginning of nations until then. But at that time your people—everyone whose name is found written in the book—will be delivered.

 

Orders/levels/tasks of Angels

1. Archangel – for revelation (helping us reveal the meaning of visions)

2. Gabriel’s band (Daniel 8:16; Luke 1:11, 19)

3. Seraphim – (Isaiah 6:2, 3, 6, 7; Isaiah 4:4)

4. Cherubim– present because of the glory of God. (Ezekiel 10:4-5)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

A remarkable visit

Dawn today at 5, I saw a vision which was so clear and vivid of car overtaking our vehicle along the road under construction. Then a great crash happened when it was thrown in the right hand side of the road down to the pit below. Our vehicle was stranded because it’s following a one-way route. 

That scene was so clear and audible that the crash almost deafened me. I prayed and rebuked for it not to ever happen. Then I remembered that I’m on a  business trip today.We already set the date and my friend is expecting me today. 

If you would be on my shoe, what’d you do? To go or not to go? To go or not to go? I was having second thoughts. Finally my mom decided for me saying, “It’s not good to doubt if you’d be travelling in far distance…that dream is a warning for you to stay and besides I need assistance for cooking cassava cake.”

So I stayed and multi-tasked instead.

It was at past 12 noon when a servant of God, a pastor knocked on our door and looked for me. He wanted to share something to me, ask my personal desires, prayed for it and then blessed me and I was blessed. It was once in a blue-moon experienced! Really. It’s my greatest birthday gift ever. I could ask or wish no more for material or riches here on earth. My walk in God (spiritual maturity) is the most important of all! 

“I’ve seen you’ll really be blessed even if you didn’t asked for it and the desires of your heart will be given,” the pastor said, “..and that’s  a discernment.” I was astounded to hear those words from the servant of God and yet a fellowship with him is enough and for it I was so thankful. 

Everything has a purpose. You have to trust God’s ways and timing. Many times He saved me from danger through dreams and visions and I couldn’t be so thankful of that.

It’s a privilege to have fellowship with the servant of God. See how God loves His children that He himself visits and knocks your heart for Him to enter and dwells in it. All you just have to do is to receive Him with all your heart.

 “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.

 For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened.” 

(MATTHEW 7:7-8)

 

And again I was reminded on how we must entertain strangers, visitors or neighbors alike for whatever you sow, you’ll reap.

Session 1 – First things first (30 min)

We must put God firstMatthew 6:21 says “For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.”

The Lord says to Moses, “Consecrate to me every firstborn male. The first offspring of every womb among Israelites belongs to me, whether man or animal.” (Exodus 13:1-2)

The clean has to be sacrificed and the unclean has to be redeemed. The first born must be sacrificed or redeemed. The first born belongs to God. We must give the first day of the week to God. The first of your first fruit must be offered to God.

Proverbs 3:9-10 says, “Honour the Lord with your wealth, with the first fruits of all your crops; then your barns will be filled to overflowing, and your vats will brim over with new wine.”

Genesis 4: 3-5 says, “In the course of time Cain brought some of the fruits of the soil as an offering to the Lord. But Abel brought fat portions from some of the firstborn of his flock. The Lord looked with favour on Abel and his offering, but on Cain and his offering he did not look with favour. So Cain was very angry, and his face was downcast.”

The tithe must be first.  Leviticus 27:30 says, “A tithe of everything from the land, whether grain from the soil or fruit from the trees, belongs to the Lord; it is holy to the Lord.”

1 Corinthians 16:1-2 says, “Now about the collection for God’s people: Do what I told the Galatian churches to do. On the first day of every week, each one of you should set aside a sum of money in keeping with his income, saving it up …”

Exodus 13:14-15 says, “In days to come, when your son asks you, ‘What does this mean?’ say to him, ‘With a mighty hand of the Lord brought us out of Egypt, out of the land of slavery. When Pharaoh stubbornly refused to let us go, the Lord killed every firstborn in Egypt, both man and animal. This is why I sacrifice to the Lord the first male offspring of every womb and redeem each of my firstborn sons.”

 

Session 2 – Principle of Multiplication (45 min)

Luke 9:12-17 says, “Late in the afternoon the Twelve Disciples came to him and said, “Send the crowd away so they can go to the surrounding villages and countryside and find food and lodging, because we are in a remote place here. He replied, ‘You give them something to eat.’ They answered, ‘We have only five loaves of bread and two fish—unless we go and buy food for this entire crowd.’ (About five thousand men were there)…Taking the five loaves and the two fish and looking up to heaven, He gave thanks and broke them. Then He gave them to the disciples to set before the people. They all ate and were satisfied, and the disciples picked up the twelve basketfuls of broken pieces that were left over.”

 

Questions of belief and unbelief

People don’t just do what they they’re told. They ask questions. The miracle did not happen in the master’s hand but in the disciples’ hands. It was just given to the Lord and He blesses it. It has to be given away before it multiply.

1. It has to be given to the Lord to be blessed before it can multiply.

2. It has to be given away before it multiply.

Tithing is not giving; it’s returning because it belongs to God.

Tithing and giving is different. Tithing is returning to the Lord what’s His and giving is just giving.

1. Tithes

2. Offering

3. Extravagant or love offering

 

Session 3 – The Heart Test (45 min)

“I the Lord do not change. Eversince the time of your forefathers you have turned away from my decrees and have not kept them. Return to me, and I will return to you”, says the Lord Almighty.

“But you ask, ‘How are we to return?’

“Will a man rob God? Yet you rob me? But you ask, ‘How do we rob you?’

“In tithes and offerings. You are under a curse—the whole nation of you—because you’re robbing me.  Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this,” says the Lord Almighty, “and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that you will not have room enough for it. I will prevent pests from devouring your crops, and the vines in your fields will not cast their fruit then all the nations will call you blessed, for yours will be a delightful land.” (Malachi 3:6-12)

Your heart is uncircumcised so Jesus wanted to change your heart.If our heart is changed, it changes every areas of our life.

Matthew 6:21 says,“For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.”

God is not after your treasure, He’s after your heart.

1. Tithing is a test. Tithing tests your heart. (Matthew 5:17-19, 21, 27, 28, 33, 34)

2. Tithing is biblical (Genesis 14:18-19; Genesis 28: 22; Leviticus 27:30; Deuteronomy 26:1-3; Matthew 23:23; Hebrews 7:1-7)

3. Tithing is a benefit (2 Chronicles 31:4-10)

Why would we argue on something that could give us benefits?

Benefit versus motive (giving not getting) – If we give, let’s not expect something in return, if someone borrow, don’t expect a return.

Luke 6:30- 36, 38 says,“Give to everyone who asks you, and if anyone takes what belongs to you, do not demand it back. Do to others as you would have them do to you. If you love those who love you, what credit is that to you? Even sinners love those who love them. And if you do good to those who are good to you, what credit is that to you? Even sinners do that. And if you lend to those from whom you expect repayment, what credit is that to you? Even sinners lend to sinners expecting to be repaid in full. But love your enemies, do good to them, and lend to them without expecting anything back. Then your reward will be great, and you will be sons of the Most High, because He is kind to the ungrateful and wicked. Be merciful, just as your father is merciful.

Give and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.”

 

Session 4 – Breaking the Spirit of Mammon (45 min)

Luke 16:9, 10, 14, 15 says, “I tell you, use worldly wealth to gain friends for yourselves, so that when it is gone, you will be welcomed in the eternal dwellings.”

“Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much, and whoever is dishonest with very little will also be dishonest with much.”

The Pharisees, who loved money, heard all this and were sneering at Jesus. He said to them, “You are the ones who justify yourselves in the eyes of men, but God knows your hearts. What is highly valued among men is detestable in God’s sight.”

 

What is Mammon?

Mammon means riches. It’s a false god from Babylon that rest on money. In the Old Testament, Babylon means confusion.

You can’t serve God and Mammon. Mammon tries to get us to worship money for us to look on money to meet our needs rather than God. Mammon is a spirit of greed and selfishness not of selflessness, sacrifice and generosity.

Money is not our security, but God is.

Anti-Christ rules through the spirit of Mammon.

Is money evil? No, certainly not. Money that is given to God to be blessed is good; otherwise if given to the spirit of Mammon makes it evil. Money is not evil. Greed and selfishness is evil. Money that is not dedicated to God is unrighteous. Money can be used for either temporal or eternal purposes. Money can be used in righteousness or unrighteousness.

The fact that you can choose, pray that you can use your money to invest for people, for winning souls.

“Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moth and rust do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in or steal.” (Matthew 6:19,20)

 Money can be used in the kingdom of God. It can turn into souls for the kingdom of God.

Read Luke 16:10, 12 say,“Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much, and whoever is dishonest with very little will also be dishonest with much. So if you have not been trustworthy in handling worldly wealth, who will trust you with true riches? And if you have not been trustworthy with someone else’s property, who will give you property of your own?”

Whatever you have, you have to be a good steward. Let us be good stewards on budgeting, calculating and living below by means.

We are born takers but we are BORN AGAIN givers. We have to renew our minds. Give and let’s see what God can do.

My personal Testimony about tithing…

            “On the 7th of October, 2013, two days after the 7.2 magnitude earthquake hit Cebu, Bohol, Siquijor and other part of Mindanao, the Lord was so prompt when He answered my query through dreams and visions. I saw myself, my mom and unknown people inside the church. We’re wearing our best suits. We entered into a separate room inside the church building before the Sunday service began. I saw a white envelope appeared on my hand with money inside. I supposed it was my tithe. Same goes to my mom and other members of that church. We stayed longer inside that solemn room. I’ve never seen that place before and the people were all strangers in my sight. I learned that most of them were in their middle age. Inside was so peaceful but I wondered why we need to wait a little longer. We’re isolated from other church members. I felt we’re asked to wait for instructions.

When I woke up from that dream, I realized that I had forgotten to prepare my tithe (10 % of my salary received) due to the manic earthquake. I usually prepare my tithe right after I received my salary, so I learned that because of the incident (earthquake), God reminded me not to forget my obligation. Thank you Lord! I knew how important tithing is to God.  He wants our heart, sincerity, purity and full submission to Him whenever we come into His presence.”

I also mentioned my wonderful experienced about an elderly man I met at the airport in my post “Angels are so real: that old man and his penny” on how 50 pesos accomplished something!

Days after it happened, I received a blessing! I thought the happiness after you give was enough reward and I thought freedom from greed and selfishness was enough payment from giving or helping the needy. But I was really surprised when on the 1st of February, on my flight back home, I met amazing people at the check-in counter. I expected I’d be excess with my baggage allowance but I wasn’t expecting my excess would be that much. I had 22 kilos baggage checked-in and excess 7 kilos. I supposed to pay 1,400 pesos and I’m about to pay for it when the ground attendant spoke to a man, a passenger in front me and the rest is history. It just happened so fast. I wondered, ‘Are they negotiating? Why do they have to when I’m willing to pay for my excess and I did not even ask any favor?’

Then the agent went back on me with the good news telling, “That man there would get your baggage to be loaded on his and it’s okay for him to share the remaining excess with you.” So instead of 1400, I only paid 300 pesos and saved 1,100 pesos for my excess! See how much my 50 pesos had gone through which I did not expected at all. God is an awesome and faithful God. He doesn’t just want us to bless others but also bless us more in return.

The Holy Spirit has spoken to me today about tithing and giving. It’s not my first time to hear about this like I grew up in the church wherein tithing and generous giving was given importance and preached.

As I was praying, the Holy Spirit spoke to me that it’s not by accident that He let me hear this message for my own advantage alone but to share this message to others.

Brave Fish

If I were to offer you one hundred dollars to sit in a chair for thirty minutes every day at six a.m., would you do it? How about for five hundred dollars? A thousand? We find it difficult to dedicate daily time to prayer. How little value we place upon our time spent alone with God.

For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. (Matthew 6:21)

Your time is valuable, and it cannot be bought or sold. We all have a set amount of time on this earth, and nothing can change that. If we are going to spend our time on any activity, we should be certain that it is worth it. So is prayer worth the time?

For Jesus it certainly was.
