“Choose the candle in the light of LOVE…”

“Choose the candle in the light of LOVE…
Choose the candle in the light of LOVE…
Choose the candle in the light of LOVE.”

This is the lyrics of the chorus of the new song taught to me by a woman in my dream at dawn today.

The dream started from dawn till morning. The dream went like this…Ladies and some women are tasked to sing a new song, I’m the second performer. The coach said, “Yours has the simplest and shortest lyrics among five of you but yours also have the greatest impact to the world so sing it well.” Then I started singing until I woke up.

Praise God!

As I woke up, I started to pray in the Spirit and automatically I felt the manifested presence of Jesus in my room, then I started weeping and groaning as He led me to pray for the lost souls whose not yet in the sheep pen. As I continually sing in the Spirit, I heard His audible voice weeping for the lost souls. I can’t contain His love as I felt it all over my room, I was overwhelmed by it that made me continually weep and sing songs of worship to Him at the same time.

The Love of Jesus is sweet and marvelous.
His Love is so wonderful. How He loves you and me.
How He loves the lost, the sinner, the sick and the captives…
That’s why He came for the sick and the sinners, not for the healthy nor the righteous.

To God be the glory!

The King of Glory and His Kingdom

king-of-glory

A Psalm of David. (Psalms 24)

1 The earth is the Lord’s, and all its fullness,
The world and those who dwell therein.
For He has founded it upon the seas,
And established it upon the waters.

Who may ascend into the hill of the Lord?

Or who may stand in His holy place?
He who has clean hands and a pure heart,
Who has not lifted up his soul to an idol,
Nor sworn deceitfully.
He shall receive blessing from the Lord,
And righteousness from the God of his salvation.
This is Jacob, the generation of those who seek Him,
Who seek Your face.

Lift up your heads, O you gates!
And be lifted up, you everlasting doors!
And the King of glory shall come in.
Who is this King of glory?
The Lord strong and mighty,
The Lord mighty in battle.
Lift up your heads, O you gates!
Lift up, you everlasting doors!
And the King of glory shall come in.
10 Who is this King of glory?
The Lord of hosts,
He is the King of glory.

TO GOD BE THE GLORY!

When I Look Into Your Eyes

When I look into Your eyes
I see the love that never dies
When I look into Your eyes
I see the love that gave my life

My heart is filled with joy and peace
Just looking up to You my King
When I look into your eyes
I see the love that never dies

When I look into Your heart
I see the grace, that keep me strong
When I look into Your heart
I see the grace that leads me on

And I stand amazed before You throne
I worship You and You alone
When I look into You eyes
I see the love that never dies

(I love singing this song!)

Anyone who has music video of this?

Mind over matter

“Being a mumbler, a grumbler, a whiner or a complainer does not seem to show that you are ACTIVE. In fact, you are yet as PASSIVE as those who don’t do anything but keep silent, UNLESS you SUGGEST or RESOLVE your situation/ circumstance.”

Many instances like, ‪#‎the‬ Israelites’ wandering for 40 years in the dessert and were not able to enter in God’s rest (promise land) because they are grumbler, complainer, mumbler, whiner…

We don’t realize that God uses our situations to test our hearts. On how are we to react. Are we thankful enough in every situation, whether good or bad? Or are we faithful to Him knowing that tomorrow won’t be the same as today?

Everywhere we go if we keep the same old attitude of being grumbler/ complainer and ungrateful, our situation won’t change.
It’s like, new level, new devil. If you can’t pass stage 1, why would you jump into higher level when you know you’ll just fail as you did in stage 1? Kung di na nimo mapasahan na stage, hantud dra ra jud ka….grade 1 section 12 hantud next year mao lng gihapon repeater, and so on and on…

Dr Cindy Trimms says, “It’s not the people around you who’s got wrong or have some problem, but it’s you because you let them in to your cycle, you let them part into a relationship with you….and you let them hurt you…and you never even pray for it before it comes. But if you start changing your perspective, if you renew your mind, everything else around you will also starts changing including how you’ll react on certain situations.”

Yes, totally agree. We must realize that God sends people to test our characters.
You must thank your enemy’s role in your life! Without them, you can’t learn the true act of LOVE.

Last week lng, I was reminded about the true value of freedom and what real freedom really is after I watched this movie “IN THE BLINK OF AN EYE (1996)” (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VlpNI7cDEMk) —This true to life movie about injustice’ main character was imprisoned for 15 years for the crime she didn’t committed and when locked inside the “high intensive cell” for 6 months without light, window, a person to talked to and was tortured, she was almost gone mad. To ease her uneasiness, she kept walking back and forth (for the first week) inside a very small prison (bartolina) screaming, “At least, please… I need someone to talk to…!!!”

When asked, “How did you survive?” She simply smiled and said, “Well I realize I can’t change my situation, so instead, I need to change my PERSPECTIVE. So I started to do meditation and was able to have PEACE. They might have my body but not my SOUL.”

It must first begin with what you think.

LAST NIGHT’S MEMORY VERSE:
Psalms 55:22 “Cast your cares on the Lord and He will sustain you; He will never let the righteous fall.”

To God be the glory!

Little prayer, little power. Much prayer, much power.

Your place of prayer is your place of power, healing, blessings and empowerment, where you take authority, power and dominion.
The enemy shall attack you in the area where he’s afraid of.

#John 15:5

Prayer is a game changer. Nobody can count you out if God counted you in.
Prayer is heaven’s technology and a spiritual discipline.

#Luke 11:1

When you pray, say.
When you begin to pray, you’ll be praying with confidence that God answers prayer.

Prayer is hardwork. It isn’t easy. if it’s easy, everybody would be praying. Like training in the olympic, it takes discipline. Anyone that want’s to learn how to pray has to be willing to take the necessary sacrifice.

#Romans 11:1-2

Do you pray on a daily basis?
If yes, then congratulations!

Prayer is a declaration of dependence…on God.

#Psalms 25:3-6; 65:2

Prayer is the legislative power.
#Revelations 1:4

Prayer is the expansion of supernatural power.
#Luke 11:1-2

“When you pray, say…”
our word is a spiritual force, it’s energy, it’s a container of thoughts, intensions and meaning.
The Lord says, “The words that I speak are spirit and they are life…”

#Proverbs 18:20

Prayer is heaven’s elixir of troubled souls. In prayer, your soul can be restored.
Prayer is a miracle working power.
Prayer is the turning of a human soul to the living God.

#Psalms 25:1

Prayer is an invitation to my space.com. from God. God is always be peace. He’s never late and He’s never misses an appointment.

Prayer is a two way (an intimate) communication with God.
when you pray, pray..”Our FATHER…” and not “our pastor’s father…our missionaries father but OUR Father..which art in heaven…”

Prayer is a sincere heart study under the heaven’s microscope.
Through prayer, you will understand what’s going on in your heart.
God will then give you a heart transplant.
David says, “Create in me a clean/pure heart and renew a steadfast spirit within me.”

God wants to give you instructions and that’s what prayer gives.

Through it we can take off our pretensions, artificiality, superficiality, our mask…because God already knows everything about you, about us.

#Psalms 44:21

Prayer does not just change just some things; it changes every thing. You are the change agent.

Find your place of prayer so you can find your place of power. It make it to you many many days in heaven’s gym but when you come out, you’ll going to come out with strong prayer muscles.
Put out your prayer muscles. The world needs it, your family needs it. And know this, that you can change the world when you BEGIN TO PRAY. -Dr. Cindy Trimm

AS THE DEER

God spoke to me from deep within my heart. He speaks to us every day but we don’t always recognize His voice or hear Him nor notice that He is speaking to us. Like the flood, typhoon or whatever calamities that come in our lives through problems, since our problems are our natural calamities, He directly speak to us through real physical destruction: typhoons, hurricanes, tornadoes, flood, earthquakes, fire, plagues that destroy our crops, properties…and even our physical body.

DEVOTION:Psalms 29: 1-11 says,

1 Ascribe to the Lord, O mighty ones, ascribe to the Lord glory and strength.

2 Ascribe to the Lord in the splendor of his holiness.

3 The voice of the Lord is over the waters; the God of glory thunders, the Lord thunders over the mighty waters.

4 The voice of the Lord is powerful; the voice of the Lord is majestic.

5 The voice of the Lord breaks the cedars of Lebanon.

6 He makes Lebanon skip like a calf, Sirion like a young wild ox.

7 The voice of the Lord strikes with flashes of lightning.

8 The voice of the Lord shakes the desert; the Lord shakes the Desert of Kadesh.

9 The voice of the Lord twists the oaks and strips the forests bare.

And in his temple all cry, “Glory!”

10 The Lord sits enthroned over the flood; the Lord is enthroned as King forever.

11 The Lord gives strength to his people; the Lord blesses His people.

We are powerless but God is powerful, we have a powerful God. We are created to give unto the Lord glory, strength and worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness. What make Him beautiful is not the physical qualities but His holiness. However, we tend to be proud because we also wanted to be glorified and worshipped (fame, acceptance, and self-gratification). That is why God disciplined, warned, remind us by directly speaking to us through flood, typhoon, earthquake, thunder, fire…For instance, in the days of Noah, the voice of God is over the waters.

V.4 …the voice of the Lord is powerful. The voice of the Lord is full of majesty.

In verse 5, it mentioned that the voice of the Lord breaks the cedars. Cedar is a tree. When a strong typhoon strikes, it can even pull out the roots of a strong tree, struck it down and break it.

In Exodus 14: 21, it mentioned that though Moses stretched his hand over the sea, it was not his power that drove the sea back with the strong east wind and turned it into dry land but it was God’s hand. And if that east wind was used to show God’s power and majesty, He could also use another east wind to strike a nation for example like what had happened to Visayas especially to Tacloban City which was devastated by an east wind so that He could show He’s in control. He is all powerful. Since He is a just God, He disciplined us if we deem to be disciplined.

In verse 7, “the voice of the Lord divides the flames of fire.” Volcanoes may be sleeping but God could also speak through them. Here in my current city (Davao), the biggest/ largest city in Asia, the people are confident because it does not experienced great typhoon or earthquake. However, here lies the highest and the largest elevated volcano in my country. One eruption could blow the whole city and cover it up.

In verse 8, “the voice of the Lord shakes the desert…”Earthquake is unpredictable. What nation could boast and say, “I am great!” when she’d be shaken, ifits foundations tremble and if all on her surface breaks and fall apart? When Japan was struck by Tsunami, its high technology was not able to fully control the destruction. God resist the proud but gives grace to the humble. When He sees that we are not depending on Him because we thought we already are great and have everything, He will punish, discipline or reprimand us because He loves us. He will show His supremacy over to us since without Him, we are nothing.

Nevertheless, let us not lose hope. All this natural calamities and disasters will really come to pass but God himself as faithful, loving, gracious and merciful as He is has promised that He’ll give us feet like that of a deer. He mentioned it three times in separate scriptures. See 2 Samuel 22:34; Psalms 18:33; Habakkuk 3:19. They all says, “He makes my feet like the feet of deer, and sets me on high places.”

What is the feet of the deer looked like or why does our Father wants us to have the feet like the deer’s? Simply because its feet is designed to climb even the highest mountains gracefully! In a way He wanted us to walk, run or climb in a graceful manner; He also wanted us to climb not just at the foot of the mountain, but onits peak! We are not the tail, but the head. Through His Son Jesus Christ we are victorious by the blood of the lamb, by His own son’s blood!

That is why if we do say “REJOICE IN THE LORD ALWAYS.” we must not grimace if we are in pain or in distress if problems or worries besets us as if we have a weak and useless God because certainly we have a strong and powerful God who is in control. “Rejoice in the Lord ALWAYS” means in pain or in gain.In the book “The Purpose Driven Life” written by Rick Warren, he mentioned that “Problems force you to focus on God, draw you closer to others in fellowship, build Christ-like character, provide you with a ministry, and give you a testimony. Every problem is purpose-driven.”

MEDITATE:Psalms 127:1 says, “Unless the Lord builds the house, its builders labor in vain. Unless the Lord watches over the city, the watchmen stand guard in vain.”

They are new every morning, great is thy faithfulness!
