WORDS that MOVE for TODAY:
“You don’t need to suffer to get the anointing, but people need what you suffered from. Your story needs to become a redemption story because hope can not be deferred … it can’t go on forever. Hope can not be redeemed unless we step up with the Word of our testimony.” -Doug Allison
RELATE: We have different stories of sufferings. Were they unique? Were they common? Have you been there? Have you hated others? Have you hated yourself? And have you hated God? . . .
We need to share our stories to bring hope to others.
We need not be ashamed of the gospel.
We need not be ashamed of what we’ve gone through.
We don’t need to shut our mouth.
We don’t need to be the same again.
We don’t need to wait longer. . .
Romans 8:28, “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who[a] have been called according to his purpose.”
Today, in the morning, I dreamed of myself removing old green signposts, rules and instructions on the wall of a certain classroom. And I was tasked to replace it with new ones.
I know the dream means changing of hearts, renewing of minds, forgetting the past and looking forward for a new wave of what’s coming.
What is redemption?
Colossians 1:13-14, “ For he has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son he loves, in whom we have REDEMPTION, the forgiveness of sins.”
To God be the glory!
